This Privacy Policy explains how H&N International Trading LLC ("we"), operator of Fairloop, handles personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR where relevant.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), language and workspace.
- Business data you create: suppliers, contacts, prices, photos, orders. This belongs to you.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data as a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We store subscription status and identifiers.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not cross-exploit your suppliers or prices between customers.
3. Processors
We rely on trusted processors: Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
4. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted per workspace through row-level security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. You can export or delete your data from the app at any time, or contact us at support@fairloop.app.
6. Data retention
We retain account and business data while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations. On deletion, data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Cookies
The app uses only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to run offline (local database). We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
