These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fairloop (the "Service"), operated by H&N International Trading LLC ("we", "us"), 1207 Delaware Ave, 154, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Fairloop is a field-sourcing application that lets you capture products, compare supplier offers, calculate container loading and landed cost, and prepare purchase orders. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for professional purposes.
3. Free trial
New workspaces receive a 24-hour free trial with full access. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
4. Subscription and billing
The Service is offered as an annual subscription of USD 99 per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your data
The suppliers, prices and photos you capture belong to you. We do not sell, share or cross-exploit your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the Service, resell it without authorization, or upload unlawful content.
8. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calculations (CBM, landed cost, duties) are indicative estimates; you remain responsible for verifying figures with your freight forwarder and customs authorities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
