This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Fairloop, operated by H&N International Trading LLC.
Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 24-hour free trial with full access and no payment required. If you do not subscribe, access simply ends after the trial — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
Subscription
Fairloop is an annual subscription of USD 99 per year, billed in advance. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@fairloop.app. When you cancel:
- Future renewals stop immediately.
- You keep full access until the end of the current paid period.
- Your data remains available for export until deletion.
Refunds
- 14-day goodwill refund: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full, provided the account has not been used abusively.
- Renewals: because renewals are announced in advance and can be cancelled beforehand, renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the new period begins, except where required by law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.

Email support@fairloop.app from your account email with your workspace name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
